Experiential Production & Activations

We produce immersive experiences from the ground up. From initial ideas to fully executed activations, our work spans live screen printing exhibitions, art installations, spatial builds, and branded environments. Beyond design and construction, we manage the full production ecosystem—vendors, staffing, clients, stakeholders, and on-site execution—turning concepts into fully operational experiences that live in real time. Every activation is also captured through photo and video to preserve its impact beyond the moment.

ICARUS: IMMERSIVE LIVE ART INSTALLATION

Commissioned by Agency 305 for The CLEO Institute’s ICARUS initiative, this project reimagined a vacant storefront as a fully immersive, live art installation. The space was transformed into a dark, womb-like environment guiding audiences through a scripted, multi-sensory experience exploring climate themes and rebirth. Ocean Drive Prints led creative direction, spatial design, and full-scale production—from construction and environmental design to live show execution and post-event restoration.

Rolling Loud Festival – Official Merch Production

Managed on-site printing and production for Rolling Loud’s official festival merch store. Worked directly within the festival environment to produce high-volume apparel runs throughout the weekend, ensuring consistent quality and fast turnaround. Alongside production, captured content for the brand, documenting the energy of the activation and the merchandising experience during one of the largest hip-hop festivals in the world. This functioned less as a traditional pop-up and more as a live production hub supporting festival retail operations.

SXSW — Museum of Graffiti “Art of Hip Hop” Pop-Up Activation

Champion Customization Booth

Produced and managed a live customization experience within the pop-up, overseeing full booth operations from setup through execution. Guests customized apparel in real time using DTF transfers and screen printing, creating an interactive, hands-on brand environment.

Art Basel x Museum of Graffiti x Champion (2022 + 2023)

Produced and managed a multi-year experiential activation during Art Basel in collaboration with Museum of Graffiti and Champion. The 2022 experience focused on live customization through screen printing and heat press, giving guests hands-on access to wearable art. In 2023, the activation evolved into a more elevated VIP experience featuring celebrity guests, live artist integrations, and expanded customization opportunities including patches and design layering. The space also included live painting on Champion apparel, exclusive giveaways, and high-traffic interactive moments designed to merge fashion, art, and culture.
